Jerry Voripaieff was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. Born in Houston Texas to Louis and Jemima Sauter on February 11th, 1922; she passed away June 7th in Monroe, Washington. As a young lady she enrolled in University of Houston and pursued a degree in chemistry. Not long after the US entered World War II, she met and fell in love with her future husband, Richard at a USO dance. They were married for 65 years. Jerry Voripaieff was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. Born in Houston Texas to Louis and Jemima Sauter on February 11th, 1922; she passed away June 7th in Monroe, Washington. As a young lady she enrolled in University of Houston and pursued a degree in chemistry. Not long after the US entered World War II, she met and fell in love with her future husband, Richard at a USO dance. They were married for 65 years. Jerry had an ardent sense for style and loved music, dancing and the theater. Her eye for beauty and balance is evident in her many intricate works of needlepoint. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. Jerry is preceded in death by her husband, Richard M. Voripaieff, son John Michael and sister Lois S. Barrilleaux. She is survived by her daughter Joanne and husband Charles Pinnell. Grandchildren: Christan and Tristan Seitz, Kenneth and Jenny Pinnell, Charles M. and Carla S. Pinnell, as well as great grandchildren, Brandt and Mahri Seitz and Kalum and Mika Pinnell.
